PRIVACY NOTICE OF BISO CONSULTING, S. DE R.L. DE C.V.

Biso Con­sult­ing S. de R.L. de C.V. is a legal­ly con­sti­tut­ed com­pa­ny in accor­dance with the laws of the Unit­ed Mex­i­can States, with its address at Insur­gentes Sur 1180 Office 301, Col. Tla­co­quemé­catl del Valle, Mex­i­co City, C.P. 03200.

1. Personal Data

We col­lect your per­son­al data for the fol­low­ing pur­pos­es:

  1. To pre­pare ser­vice pro­pos­als required by the Data Sub­ject.
  2. To pro­vide the ser­vices and prod­ucts required or of inter­est to the Data Sub­ject.
  3. To inform about changes or new prod­ucts or ser­vices relat­ed to the con­tract­ed or acquired by the Data Sub­ject.
  4. To ful­fill oblig­a­tions con­tract­ed with the Data Sub­ject.
  5. To eval­u­ate the qual­i­ty of our prod­ucts and ser­vices.
  6. To con­duct inter­nal stud­ies and per­for­mance and con­sump­tion trend sta­tis­tics.

2. Origin of Personal Data

We may col­lect your per­son­al data in dif­fer­ent ways: when you pro­vide it to us direct­ly; when you vis­it our web­site or use our online ser­vices, and when we obtain infor­ma­tion through oth­er sources that are per­mit­ted by law.

  2. Online: Name, Address, Phone, Email.
  3. Oth­er Sources: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Date of Birth, Mar­i­tal Sta­tus.

4. Sensitive Personal Data

We may col­lect and process sen­si­tive per­son­al data such as Reli­gious, Philo­soph­i­cal, and Moral Beliefs, Union Mem­ber­ship, Polit­i­cal Opin­ion, or Health Sta­tus, pro­vid­ed that the request­ed prod­uct or ser­vice jus­ti­fies it. We com­mit to treat­ing them under strict secu­ri­ty mea­sures that guar­an­tee their con­fi­den­tial­i­ty.

6. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)

You have the right to access your per­son­al data that we pos­sess and to the details of their treat­ment, as well as to rec­ti­fy them if they are inac­cu­rate or incom­plete; can­cel them when you con­sid­er that they are not required for any of the pur­pos­es indi­cat­ed in this pri­va­cy notice, are being used for non-con­sent­ed pur­pos­es, or the con­trac­tu­al or ser­vice rela­tion­ship has end­ed, or oppose the treat­ment of the same for spe­cif­ic pur­pos­es. The mech­a­nisms imple­ment­ed for the exer­cise of these rights are through the sub­mis­sion of the respec­tive request to the fol­low­ing email: privacidad@bisoconsulting.com.mx

Your request must con­tain the fol­low­ing infor­ma­tion:

a) Title: Access, can­cel­la­tion of use, or rat­i­fi­ca­tion of per­son­al or sen­si­tive data.
b) Con­tent:

  • Name of the data sub­ject and address or oth­er means to com­mu­ni­cate the response to your request;
  • Doc­u­ments that prove the iden­ti­ty or, where appro­pri­ate, the legal rep­re­sen­ta­tion of the Data Sub­ject;
  • Clear and pre­cise descrip­tion of the Per­son­al Data and/or Sen­si­tive Per­son­al Data for which any ARCO rights are sought; and
  • Any oth­er ele­ment or doc­u­ment that facil­i­tates the loca­tion of the Per­son­al Data and/or Sen­si­tive Per­son­al Data of the Data Sub­ject.

If any of the Per­son­al Data and/or Sen­si­tive Per­son­al Data of the Data Sub­ject is inac­cu­rate or incom­plete, the Data Sub­ject, in addi­tion to indi­cat­ing what is stat­ed above, must indi­cate the mod­i­fi­ca­tions to be made and pro­vide the nec­es­sary doc­u­men­ta­tion to sup­port their request.

The peri­od to address your request is 10 busi­ness days from receipt, and you will receive an email con­firm­ing that your request has been addressed.

7. Personal Data Transfers

Your per­son­al data may be trans­ferred and treat­ed inside and out­side the coun­try by per­sons oth­er than this com­pa­ny. In this sense, your infor­ma­tion may be shared with affil­i­at­ed com­pa­nies, prod­uct or ser­vice providers, part­ners, or oth­er phys­i­cal or legal per­sons for the col­lab­o­ra­tion of projects required by the client, for the send­ing of cor­re­spon­dence, parcels, or mes­sag­ing, or for oth­er legal pur­pos­es, among oth­ers.

We com­mit not to trans­fer your per­son­al infor­ma­tion to third par­ties with­out your con­sent, except for the excep­tions pro­vid­ed in Arti­cle 37 of the Fed­er­al Law on Pro­tec­tion of Per­son­al Data Held by Pri­vate Par­ties, and to car­ry out this trans­fer in the terms estab­lished by that law.

The Data Sub­ject con­sents, at the time of sign­ing this Pri­va­cy Notice, to pro­vide their Per­son­al Data and/or Sen­si­tive Per­son­al Data in the man­ner and for the pur­pos­es stat­ed in this notice and that they are trans­mit­ted to clients and/or any oth­er provider, sole­ly and exclu­sive­ly for the pro­vi­sion of the ser­vices offered by Biso Con­sult­ing.

Mod­i­fi­ca­tions to the Pri­va­cy Notice

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this pri­va­cy notice at any time, to reflect leg­isla­tive or jurispru­den­tial devel­op­ments, inter­nal poli­cies, or new require­ments for the pro­vi­sion or offer­ing of our ser­vices or prod­ucts. These mod­i­fi­ca­tions will be avail­able to the pub­lic through the fol­low­ing means:

a) Vis­i­ble announce­ments in our estab­lish­ments or cus­tomer ser­vice cen­ters;
b) Brochures or leaflets avail­able in our estab­lish­ments or cus­tomer ser­vice cen­ters;

d) Or we will send them to the last email you pro­vid­ed us.

9. Complaints and Reports

If you believe that your right to the pro­tec­tion of per­son­al data has been vio­lat­ed by any con­duct of our employ­ees or our actions or respons­es, pre­sume that in the pro­cess­ing of your per­son­al data there is any vio­la­tion of the pro­vi­sions set forth in the Fed­er­al Law on Pro­tec­tion of Per­son­al Data Held by Pri­vate Par­ties, you may file the cor­re­spond­ing com­plaint or report to the INAI (Nation­al Insti­tute of Trans­paren­cy, Access to Infor­ma­tion and Pro­tec­tion of Per­son­al Data).
